Course content, software, and branding are owned by StudyAI or its licensors and are provided for your personal learning use. You retain ownership of content you create, such as your notes.
5. AI-generated content
AI tools can make mistakes. Output is provided for learning support and should be verified for important decisions. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
